Our Home in North Vancouver: Olympics 2010

Here is a link to view our 1400 sq foot, single level townhouse on Flickr. http://www.flickr.com/photos/darmorrow/sets/72157602526634308/ This will show you most of the house. I think that the second bathroom isn’t there and I’ll fix that.
Short and sweet: 1 bedroom with queen size tempura perdic bed with ensuite. Solid teak bedframe. 27 inch Sony with PVR unit. Overhead fan with remote.
Pilates Studio with ensuite. Reformer and Elliptical in studio. BOSU and stability balls and lots of DVDs to play in the TV and DVD player.
Kitchen on one side of the hallway and on the other side is the “great room”. This is the dining room, computer area and living room with 42 inch LCD Sony Bravia XBR TV. I’ve probably got the XBR wrong but it’s the high end Sony. We also have a Lifestyle BOSE surrround sound system with an extension in the kitchen. Dining room table for 5. Zero gravity chair and 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs. Gas fireplace with fan. Fax machine, 24 inch high def flat screen monitor. Windows Vista on computer.
Kitchen has dishwasher, stove/oven (electric), microwave and all the toys a gadget fiend would have. Counter height build in solid oak table with seating for 3.
Balcony large enough for BBQ and sitting outside in the sunshine.
Main entrance is from street level and then you climb up 14 stairs with hand rails on both sides to the living area. Lots of windows with blinds.
We’re looking to swap with someone that has a nice house in Australia or New Zealand. They are just putting out the call for volunteers to the Olympics which is one way to get in and see them.
Anyway interested please let me know.
Your home is amazing, I can`t understand why would you like to swap with somebody from Australia, probably you are longing for some more sunshine. What concerns the Vancouver houses. I`m really biased with them and also with the condos. I think that this bustling life of Vancouver properly fits to my temperament and I`m waiting impatiently the Olympics. Anyway, congratulations to your lovely home and I hope you`ll get a great deal.
